The staff and accommodations were good, but unfortunately it is an old building with a tiny elevator that could not accommodate the two of us and the luggage at once. This required that I run up two flights of stairs while my wife rode up the elevator.

Clean and quite spacious room for four. A/C worked well and it was nice to return to the cleaned room at the hotel after walking around the city. Kind service from the staff, thank you Margherita, Federica, Riccardo, Ali, Tara and Cecilia! Easy to walk from this location to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Termini, metro stations. Bus stop right in front. Nice restaurants and shops closeby. Breakfast was good but only tried it once. Room was quiet but some traffic noise occasionally. Hotel very calm in the corridors.

LOCATION KOCATION LOCATION. The hotel is located very central and around the corner to colosseum. Termini Metro and Bus stand about 17mins walk

The hotel has a fantastic location—centrally placed, making it easy to walk to key attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. It truly adds to the convenience of exploring the city. I also want to highlight how clean and well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights of the experience

Location was very good with access to all areas and attractions by walking/bus/taxi. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was really clean with good attention to detail. Breakfast was continental - adequate but not exceptional. No variety day to day but excellent staff and perhaps limited by kitchen arrangements.

The location was fantastic! Very close to the Spanish steps and 8 mins from the colosseum. I literally couldn’t have picked a better location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I can’t fault them at all. This is so important when travelling solo. I also got a free upgrade which was lovely! :) For a three star hotel, the room was good, and the bathroom had a bath and shower head with excellent pressure. Always had hot water. Air conditioning was excellent - very important in Rome during the summer!

We had an issue with the original room type with a view not being available, but the hotel staff were able to find a suitable resolution to the issue. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good enough to meet our breakfast needs. The kids particularly liked the mini-pancake machine. The hotel was fairly central and it was easy enough to walk back to the main train station to take our train to the airport. There was a small fridge too, which was handy.
