We have just finished a fantastic 4 night stay at this hotel. Great location, lovely clean hotel and good value for money. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We advised the hotel ahead of time that we had booked our trip to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary, they very generously upgraded our room on arrival and set our room up with love heart balloons and rose petals, such a lovely gesture! The reception team were so friendly and helpful. My husband needed a rubber mat for the shower and they got one for us with no trouble at all. Coffee available all day free of charge in the lobby. Great breakfast.

Clean and quite spacious room for four. A/C worked well and it was nice to return to the cleaned room at the hotel after walking around the city. Kind service from the staff, thank you Margherita, Federica, Riccardo, Ali, Tara and Cecilia! Easy to walk from this location to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Termini, metro stations. Bus stop right in front. Nice restaurants and shops closeby. Breakfast was good but only tried it once. Room was quiet but some traffic noise occasionally. Hotel very calm in the corridors.

Sanna

The location was fantastic! Very close to the Spanish steps and 8 mins from the colosseum. I literally couldn’t have picked a better location. The staff were really friendly and helpful, I can’t fault them at all. This is so important when travelling solo. I also got a free upgrade which was lovely! :) For a three star hotel, the room was good, and the bathroom had a bath and shower head with excellent pressure. Always had hot water. Air conditioning was excellent - very important in Rome during the summer!

Everything was great.Rooms were wonderful, spacious, clean. The staff was very good.3 people we would like to mention specifically Cristina (house keeping), Tara ( breakfast) and Ziada ( front office)..they really stood out in terms of service and helpfulness.I would stay here again when I come to Rome. Location is awesome , close to most of the places.The street also has good shopping places including a few outlets with good pricing.

Location was very good with access to all areas and attractions by walking/bus/taxi. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was really clean with good attention to detail. Breakfast was continental - adequate but not exceptional. No variety day to day but excellent staff and perhaps limited by kitchen arrangements.
